Assistance with case to Financial Ombudsman re. insurance claim
We engaged FMG' services following refusal of an insurance claim on our late daughter's life. The appointed solicitor was excellent, highly professional in providing timely expert advice to enable us to put together a case to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Unfortunately the FOS did not in the end find in our favour but this takes nothing away from the 5-Star service we received from the solicitor in question.

Adverse Possession
We had an incredibly stressful case to deal with where there were a lot of emotions and questioning of morals involved and sometimes it was hard to focus on the legalities of the case. However, Kevin lead us through the process, made things clear and always pointed out our options giving us pros and cons which really helped us with our decision making. He understood our frustrations but kept calm and in the end we were able to reach a settlement which was positive. Lucy was also fantastic and did the necessary conveyancing quickly and efficiently.
