We engaged with Hannah and her team in 2020 to embark on a complex Land Registry application. I knew as soon as we instructed them that we were in the right hands. Hannah was excellent, clear with her advice and instructions on how to tackle every hurdle we faced. Hannah simplified all the various requisitions/queries which enabled us to respond quickly to avoid further delays. Hannah was also tenacious in her approach and would always challenge when needed on our behalf and made a clear and concise case for her reasoning. We successfully completed our registration on 14/08/2023 and have protected our much loved village for generations to come. 27 acres of Common Land will now have no risk of being spoilt and remains to be enjoyed by all who visit Car Colston. We can't thank Hannah enough and would highly recommend her services.

Great communication. Efficient service
Hannah responded to all emails in a timely way. She always followed through on actions and informed me of my choices.
Any correspondence with other MFG employees was equally prompt and polite.

Mrs Hannah Taylor quickly understood the issues that required addressing and promptly made enquiries to find a way of resolution. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control resolution was not achieved.

Right of Way Easement
