My first interview-free will

After writing 3 complicated wills I was seeking a simple new will to reflect my change in circumstances. I was attracted by the rate quoted upfront on the Goodlaw website. In response to my email enquiry Rachel, with whom I dealt throughout, quickly contacted me by phone and supplied a questionnaire which was to form the basis of my new il. For the most part, this 'form' was self explanatory and Rachel was able to provide comprehensive and reassuring answers to those specific technical and procedural questions I raised in a telephone conversation I requested a draft will be supplied within 24 hours of me returning the completed questionnaire. Whilst the required minor changes I was very pleased with the amended draft and we proceeded to the will signing a few days later at a time and place convenient to me. All in all a "good job done"

We used goodlaw for our conveyancing.

Gareth Collins has been amazing throughout the whole process and could not have been more helpful.

Gareth and his team have been extremely responsive, answering all our questions quickly and answered my many, many calls without making me feel like I was pestering them (even though I likely was - sorry!!!).

Gareth knew our situation and that we were on a tight deadline to compelte before the stamp duty relief deadline. He ensured he did everything possible to make this happen and I’m so pleased that his hard work has paid off and we have exchanged today (after many issues that Gareth had to overcome).

The professionalism shown throughout has been second to none. I was particularly impressed with the advice I recieved and the time taken to explain things to me.

I cannot thank you enough for what you have done for us Gareth and would not hesitate to use you again, and will certainly recommend you to everyone!!

Thanks again, you have made the whole process less stressful, and pushed things on when they could’ve caused us to miss out on the relief.

We’ve had an excellent experience with GoodLaw, with Gareth providing a service above and beyond for our conveyancing. Gareth was always available via telephone and email. The buyers of our property used a rogue conveyancer but Gareth took it all in his stride and did everything possible to get our move complete. Gareth brought levity to what would have otherwise been a stressful situation. Could not recommend them more.The value was excellent and we’ll always use GoodLaw!
