Excellent Will Preparation Service

We have used GoodLaw for Conveyancing and Probate on several occasions in the past. The service has always been superb from start to finish—professional, efficient, friendly, and easy to work with.

On this occasion, Will Writing, GoodLaw was superb as always. Rachel made the process smooth, easy, and a pleasure throughout.

First class service

My experience was with the sale of my house and purchase of flat which did not go smoothly for various reasons - I cannot speak highly enough of the professional advice, help and actions taken by my Solicitor, which resulted in each of the challenges being overcome over a considerable time but this resulted eventually in a successful sale and purchase. I could not have had a better Solicitor and would thoroughly recommend him

Brilliant service - highly recommend

We used GoodLaw to write our wills. Rachel put us at ease immediately. Being both friendly and knowledgeable. She clearly explained the options open to us re: our will and trust and made herself available for a face-to-face meeting plus a follow-up. Communication was quick and efficient, and our wills were completed within 3 weeks from our initial meeting. We would highly recommend GoodLaw.

Rachel Jones at Goodlaw Solicitors handled the Grant of Probate following my husband's death with consummate efficiency, tact and kindness. I wasn't thinking straight and she took on everything, guiding me through what needed to be done with great care for the anxiety I was experiencing.

Given the abundance of subpar solicitors, it was a relief to find Goodlaw (special mention to Gareth). Timely, quality and professional advice that could be understood in plain English. Highly appreciated for what turned out to be a rather complex case.

Having merged with castle solictors, i was a bit unsure about using them, to amend my complicated will. I shouldn't have worried, Alix and Matthew took time to explain and help me. Thank you Alix and Matthew for your good service.

We used goodlaw for our conveyancing.

Gareth Collins has been amazing throughout the whole process and could not have been more helpful.

Gareth and his team have been extremely responsive, answering all our questions quickly and answered my many, many calls without making me feel like I was pestering them (even though I likely was - sorry!!!).

Gareth knew our situation and that we were on a tight deadline to compelte before the stamp duty relief deadline. He ensured he did everything possible to make this happen and I’m so pleased that his hard work has paid off and we have exchanged today (after many issues that Gareth had to overcome).

The professionalism shown throughout has been second to none. I was particularly impressed with the advice I recieved and the time taken to explain things to me.

I cannot thank you enough for what you have done for us Gareth and would not hesitate to use you again, and will certainly recommend you to everyone!!

Thanks again, you have made the whole process less stressful, and pushed things on when they could’ve caused us to miss out on the relief.

We’ve had an excellent experience with GoodLaw, with Gareth providing a service above and beyond for our conveyancing. Gareth was always available via telephone and email. The buyers of our property used a rogue conveyancer but Gareth took it all in his stride and did everything possible to get our move complete. Gareth brought levity to what would have otherwise been a stressful situation. Could not recommend them more. The value was excellent and we’ll always use GoodLaw!
