Highly recommended for property purchases

Sale of Probate home
I found the team, especially Emily Hinton had great empathy when working with a client selling a probate property of a late loved one. Their consideration and support was on and above and made the process very smooth and less painful . I would recommend them to anyone, no complaints at all

Truly excellent experience throughout!
Emma and Emily were simply wonderful to work with throughout the whole house purchase process. They were incredibly communicative/responsive, extremely efficient and always had our best interests at heart. They worked extremely hard to get things over the line for us when the process slowed down up the chain. We would highly recommend them to any friends and family and will certainly be using them again. Thank you both!

Strongly Recommended: Semi Detached House Purchase
Having been left scarred by our previous attempt with a solicitor that was unresponsive, contributed significantly to delays and prepared sloppy paperwork I was initially apathetic and prepared for a long process of hand holding.
Emma was a breath of fresh air.
She laid out the process in detail and immediately set about gathering the required documentation, drafting the contract, liaising with the mortgage provider and diligently put together a list of queries on our behalf. The majority of the surveys and paperwork came back within a couple of weeks.
There were a number of outstanding items in regard to building control that made this deal difficult. In addition, we were blessed with sellers who were somewhat unresponsive to our queries and gave vague answers. Emma established a line of enquiry, picked apart the answers and chased them to provide input that answered the question in full. She also, proactively, took steps to understand our options in regard to indemnity and when ruled out contacted the council to understand what was discussed.
There was a significant period of 'back and forth' between the parties. She stood firm, continued to chase for answers and and advised us; not the easiest path.
In the end, this approach was helpful and we were able to get a directive from the council to understand what was required, the risk we bore and the deal was concluded.
Having someone you can depend on removed great deal of the stress usually involved.

Absolutely outstanding and first class!
We’ve moved, I think, 5 times in Emma is, by a country mile, the very, very best lawyer that has helped us. Emma made what could have been a nightmare, as easy as it could possibly be. Her help, advice, constant clear communications, and cheerfulness, have been absolutely amazing. I could not recommend Emma highly enough. We don’t have enough words to sing her praises!!!
