Fiona handled a property purchase for us. She responds very quickly to queries and has a meticulous attention to detail. I had full faith in her throughout, and always felt that she would ensure that every point was covered. I also really liked the direct contact with her - it was very reassuring. We were under time pressure to complete by Christmas and, despite slow responses from our sellers’ team, she still managed to get it over the line in time. I would highly recommend her and would have no hesitation in asking Fiona to represent us again.

I engaged with Goodlaw solicitors in 2023 ref Power of attorney and a Will. I engaged with them again in 2024 ref a deed of gift and I would recommend Carl Ingram and his team to anyone looking for the above services. The service was excellent as was the process.
