We chose GoodLaw Solicitors and are delighted with our choice. It was our first experience with a conveyancer and George Coomber was superb throughout. Communication was excellent, all queries were responded to within 48 hours and often 2-4 hours. Even our trickier queries were dealt with quickly and professionally. We felt confident with George on our side and all legal advice was sound. He was very transparent with progress throughout and fees. Only slight issue was that all verification had to be completed via paper copies in the office. Would definitely look to use again and would recommend when buying locally!

Fantastic Service

A pair of safe hands

Exceptional service from Goodlaw
Goodlaw were exceptional in supporting us through what was a lenghty process of selling and purchasing.
In particular I would like thank George Coomber who has been quite exemplarity in his handling of the process. We have bought and sold a few properties over the years and working with George has been by far the best conveyancing process we have experienced. I believe that good communication is crucial and often find that element is sorely lacking in conveyancing. George was always on hand, quick to respond to my enquiries, forever polite and patient and the consummate professional throughout. George was also quick to offer strategic solutions in what was a fairly complex transaction. Crucially, we have always felt well looked after and in safe hands during this stressful process of buying and selling.

Superb Service - Sale and Purchase of property
I received service above and beyond all my expectations from George Coomber, who was personable, professional, informative, efficient and above all RESPONSIVE, which was so very welcome. George communicated promptly and was always prepared to answer questions and offer explanations. He made an inherently stressful process (almost) bearable! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. House Purchase

Property purchase
George and the team made what was a stressful property purchase much less stressful. We never had to chase them and were kept in the loop when necessary and not overwhelmed with information. Thanks very much!
