Jina and Alisha came highly recommended but I feel they must have dropped the ball with me. I’m a first time buyer, so naturally would be a bit nervous as it’s a big investment and I’m unfamiliar with the nuances of the process. This meant I didn’t know what questions to ask and trusted that as a client, the firm had my best interest at heart. A day before my property survey, I was asked whether I consent to submitting searches. I didn’t understand why they asked me this question, and so replied saying, if that’s the natural next step in the process then sure! They knew my survey was taking place the following day. Within minutes I received confirmation that searches were submitted. Next day I had the survey done which revealed a range of issues that meant I would not proceed with the purchase. If my legal representatives had my best interest at heart they would have advised me to hold off on submitting searches until the survey results came back. But instead, I still had to pay for all the searches that I would no longer need. I didn’t think this was the level of support I would receive, and am disappointed. They didn’t even let the estate agents know that I had pulled out from the purchase of the property. So based on my personal experience as a first time buyer, no I would not recommend this firm and am unlikely to use them again in future.
