Superb
I can’t recommend Kirsty high enough. All enquiries were raised promptly with the seller and they were excellent at chasing down the uncommunicative solicitors of our buyers. Ellie Harris was brilliant in this respect and was always completely on top of everything and kept us well informed. Great support at all times - well worth using them. Responsive and thorough
I had a long and frustrating house purchase process, due to complications in my chain and issues with my vendors solicitors but Kirsty and Ellie were great at doing all they could to push the purchase and I had full confidence in their professionalism and ability.

Sale of a house
Many thanks to Kirsty Gilbert and Ellie Harris at Goodlaw Solicitors. Their professionalism throughout the sale of the house (in what turned out to be a prolonged situation leading up to exchange) was second to none. They kept me updated and responded to any queries I had. Moreover they acted as intermediary between the various parties effectively. I appreciated their calm approach in what was a stressful situation made easier by their knowledge, patience and tact. Personable, kind, efficient
I had the pleasure of working with Ellie Harris on the sale of my property. It was an extremely stressful experience as it was a forced sale - but Ellie took charge, gave excellent advice, offered a kind word when I needed it and batted my corner at all times. Great experience and customer service
Kirsty and Ellie have been provided an outstanding service in buying our new home stuck in a long chain.
Being local makes everything much easier and it has always been a pleasure to visit the office to sign documents, etc.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Kirsty at Goodlaw solicitors came highly recommended to us when we were looking for an conveyancer and I’m so glad we went with them. Kirsty and the team were so efficient - always keeping us informed and always on hand to answer any questions and support us through the process. The sale of our flat went through seamlessly and although we had a few ups and downs with the purchase of our new property (let’s just say that the conveyancing team on the sellers side were not so efficient!) Kirsty kept on top of this and managed everything very well. We felt at ease throughout the whole process and we would highly recommend.
