Responsive and thorough
I had a long and frustrating house purchase process, due to complications in my chain and issues with my vendors solicitors but Kirsty and Ellie were great at doing all they could to push the purchase and I had full confidence in their professionalism and ability.

Sale of a house
Many thanks to Kirsty Gilbert and Ellie Harris at Goodlaw Solicitors. Their professionalism throughout the sale of the house (in what turned out to be a prolonged situation leading up to exchange) was second to none. They kept me updated and responded to any queries I had. Moreover they acted as intermediary between the various parties effectively. I appreciated their calm approach in what was a stressful situation made easier by their knowledge, patience and tact. I would have no hesitation in using Goodlaw solicitors again for any legal matters.

Personable, kind, efficient
I had the pleasure of working with Ellie Harris on the sale of my property. It was an extremely stressful experience as it was a forced sale - but Ellie took charge, gave excellent advice, offered a kind word when I needed it and batted my corner at all times. Ellie is professional, knowledgeable and always handled the other side efficiently towards the outcome. I would highly recommend Ellie.

Great experience and customer service
Kirsty and Ellie have been provided an outstanding service in buying our new home stuck in a long chain.
Being local makes everything much easier and it has always been a pleasure to visit the office to sign documents, etc.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Kirsty at Goodlaw solicitors came highly recommended to us when we were looking for an conveyancer and I’m so glad we went with them. Kirsty and the team were so efficient - always keeping us informed and always on hand to answer any questions and support us through the process. The sale of our flat went through seamlessly and although we had a few ups and downs with the purchase of our new property (let’s just say that the conveyancing team on the sellers side were not so efficient!) Kirsty kept on top of this and managed everything very well. We felt at ease throughout the whole process and we would highly recommend.

Dealt with our Sale and Purchase perfectly!
We dealt with Kirsty and her assistant Ellie for the sale of our property in Lancing and onward purchase. I couldn't recommend them enough! The property we were buying was a little complicated for us as it included land to the side of the house on its own deeds and an offsite garage which came with all its own complications! They explained everything to us in a way we found it easy to understand. They were always on the other end of the phone and quick to respond to our emails. They made the process so much easier than our first purchase ever went - Thank you Kirsty and Ellie!

Brilliant from start to finish

House sale and purchase
Kirsty and Ellie managed the process for both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. Despite a few struggles with our property management company, the whole process was faultless. As the middle link in the chain, coordination of all parties was key - Kirsty and Ellie ensured everyone was aware of what was happening and what was required for us to meet our completion date
The day of completion couldn't have gone better and we were able to get the keys to our new house by midday
A special call out to Ellie who regularly went the extra mile to chase things and keep my and my wife updated
