Very professional and efficient service
Fiona and her team helped my wife and I complete on our first property purchase, and we could not be happier with the support we received. We had a number of obstacles to overcome, including cash transfers from overseas, Japanese knotweed, and the Christmas holidays, but the team were exceptional and attentive to our every need. We would certainly recommend Fiona and her team at GoodLaw to anyone who is navigating buying property in the UK!

Excellent team
Fiona handled a property purchase for us. She responds very quickly to queries and has a meticulous attention to detail. I had full faith in her throughout, and always felt that she would ensure that every point was covered. I also really liked the direct contact with her - it was very reassuring. We were under time pressure to complete by Christmas and, despite slow responses from our sellers’ team, she still managed to get it over the line in time. I would highly recommend her and would have no hesitation in asking Fiona to represent us again.

Professional, Efficient, Trustworthy
Fiona was amazing to work with from start to finish. I had a pretty fraught house-buying journey and Fiona was with me every step of the way without any hesitation. She gave me easy to understand advice, answered all the many questions I had quickly and patiently and all the documentation I had from her and the firm was clear and useful. Fiona was a fantastic liaison between all the different parties involved in the transaction, proactively chasing down responses and clarifying everything to the last detail. I will recommend Fiona to everyone and will be happy to work with her any time in the future.

Great service

House Sale and Purchase
Fiona acted for me with regard to my sale and purchase and was amazing, I suspect all house sales and purchases have their stress points in the the conveyancing process and I was guided and helped through all of those moments with ease, I felt she was in total control, drilling down to the small detail not letting anything go, pursuing the answers from other parties, highlighting the points I needed to be aware of which gave me a lot of confidence and eased some of the stress. Fiona was way ahead of the other solicitors acting for the other parties. Fiona was never to busy to speak or respond to me particularly when I had many questions relating to the purchase. If Fiona was away one of her team stepped in seamlessly which meant no delay.

Impeccable Service
Fiona is a delight to do business with. She made the conveyancing of my flat sale stress free. She communicated clearly and with empathy, in a timely manner and when necessary, so that I was kept in the loop but not swamped. Fiona worked to understand my needs and negotiated the sale impeccably on my behalf. I couldn’t have asked for a more resourceful, empathetic solicitor.
