Costumer care from Janek and Megan was amazing, very easy to talk and all the questions were answered and explained. The process was extremely quick and easy. They kept in touch at least 2-3 times a week, gave us updates, we didn't have to chase them at all.
I had a bad experience before with another company the sale process took ages and we had to chance them for updates all the time.
This won't happen with Good law solicitors they are extremely professional and go above and beyond. We will definitely use them again. We are Very pleased with the process and would recommend in without any hesitation. Definitely gained a returning customer.

Let to buy process
I would highly recommend Janek. He was very professional and helpful throughout whole proces which made entire experience stress-free. My husband and I will definitely contact him again if we decide to buy another house.

Great experience as first time property buyers
Many thanks to Janek Malysko and Megan Croydon Miles in assisting and guiding us through the purchase of our first home.
The process of buying a first property can be quite intimidating and complex, and Janek went above and beyond to support us in all the queries and doubts we had along the way. Being very professional and responsive, he ensured we were moving towards completion at a steady pace.

Awful experience - felt like I was emailing an AI machine
Every step of the experience was hard and stressful. I felt like I was speaking to an AI machine, who had no customer account management training, and simply did not care or want to help me through the journey. These companies churn this process everyday, so should be offering to making things easier and offer expertise. For the customer, most people do a sales process rarely and it is quite daunting being given pages and pages of information. I did not feel like I had a helping hand at the other end of the email (they pretty much refused to pick up the phone). My contact, lacked attention to detail, often hadn't read things properly and was asking me things I had already answered. They never tried to build any kind of relationship, even when I said I was feeling a bit stressed. When I tried to set up a call to help things, he kept pushing back (talking, even if a quick phone call can clear things quickly and help to build a relationship). After nearly losing the sale, I gave up on my contact at Goodlaw and went directly to the vendors solicitor, and thankfully rescued the sale. They went on holiday without telling me, I felt patronised, they completely lost my trust, not reading things properly. They over complicated things. I can honestly say, they have no idea about the customer. It was utterly awful. I noted that he does not have any reviews on their website, maybe if I had someone else it would have been better.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE
Janek looked after our recent Conveyancing for a House Sale and Purchase. He was clear, concise, supper efficient. After not experiencing a House Move for over 23 years, he made the whole process very simple, and easy to understand, super responsive to any questions or concerns we had.
