Very good service
It was very nice to have the initial consultation in my home with members of my family present. Thereafter Rachel Jones was very efficient and responsive in concluding my Will and LPA Deed of Revocation.

Very good service

My first interview-free will
After writing 3 complicated wills I was seeking a simple new will to reflect my change in circumstances. I was attracted by the rate quoted upfront on the Goodlaw website. In response to my email enquiry Rachel, with whom I dealt throughout, quickly contacted me by phone and supplied a questionnaire which was to form the basis of my new il. For the most part, this 'form' was self explanatory and Rachel was able to provide comprehensive and reassuring answers to those specific technical and procedural questions I raised in a telephone conversation I requested a draft will be supplied within 24 hours of me returning the completed questionnaire. Whilst the required minor changes I was very pleased with the amended draft and we proceeded to the will signing a few days later at a time and place convenient to me. All in all a "good job done"

Instructed Rachel Jones to prepare new wills for myself and husband. I cannot speak highly enough of her. She was a pleasure to deal with: professional, efficient, great legal knowledge.
