Very poor service.
This review is for a different branch.
Irwin Mitchell took three years and charged many thousands of pounds to assemble a case for deputyship that failed.
They made many failures and their own complaints procedure (after a few snide insults) agreed to pay me back a portion of those fees.
Following this I appealed by myself, costing me nothing except a few hours work. In a 10 minute conversation I changed the mind of the judge who ruled against deputyship.
It's much harder to to change someone's mind. Irwin Mitchell did a very poor job, messing up on numerous points. It felt as if they viewed it as an exercise in making money.
