Redundancy severance agreement case
The solicitors did what was necessary to get the severance agreement settled in a timely fashion, but I feel that they were protecting my employer rather that me. I understand that this is because the solicitors were billing my employer (whom was obviously only willing to pay the bare minimum). However, I had hoped that my solicitors would have offered to apply more pressure to my employer for an added fee.

I would strongly advise against using this company. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Initially, they made numerous promises and assured me that my case was in good hands. However, just weeks before the first hearing at the employment tribunal, they abruptly dropped my case, citing that my insurance would not cover the costs. This situation left me in a very difficult position, and I am now forced to contact my insurance company to verify their claim. I am eager to find out how much this company has taken from my insurance for the minimal work they performed. Throughout the process, they were incredibly unresponsive, rarely returning my calls, and I found myself constantly having to chase them for updates and information. Their lack of professionalism and reliability is astounding. They have caused me significant stress and inconvenience, and their actions have made an already challenging situation even more difficult. I cannot overstate my disappointment with this company. Their behavior has been unacceptable, and I feel they have let me down at a critical time. AVOID AVOID AVOID
