Great support at a very difficult time

I initially spoke to Jennifer at the start of the separation with to my husband using the free initially chat as I was lost and needed some advice on my options (his choice not mine). She was empathetic and gave me a useful starting point. As things progressed for the worse I got back in touch. She had been always on the ball and friendly and given me some great advice along the way and made sure I was aware of my options and made sure I chose the best way forward for me and my kids. I couldn't of got through it without her advice especially as I felt like everything was out of control she grounded me and it meant me and the kids could stay in the family home till we felt ready to move on with our lives as a family of 3.

My husband insisted on conducting the whole divorce via the courts and wouldn’t engage in any form of mediation. Rosanna Hounslowe and Asieh Salehzehi were enormously supportive, diligent and attentive to the particular issues inherent in my case and relationship with my husband. Untimely they achieved a great result for me and my children and have enabled me to get on with my new life in the knowledge that I am financially secure and a fair deal has been reached. I will be eternally grateful.

I was so pleased with the service I received from Hannah Stubbs. She was very efficient. I was kept upto date with everything and nothing was done without my approval! I can't recommend Stowe Family Law, and in particular Shelley de Worringham highly enough. They handled my case with care, empathy and patience giving clear advice & guidance at all times but importantly allowing me to manage it at my own rhythm. There is nothing more stressful than divorce but having a partner like this to support you every step of the way made it much less stressful than it could have been. Whilst I haven't engaged them to act on my behalf at the time of submitting this review, I can only speak as I find. The informal chat I had with a legal professional, via the free call back service that the practice offers, provided me with much needed clarity and a better perspective. Something that anyone in my position craves when confronted with a situation that is alien to them and when consumption of the law, in a purely abstract and textual format, may cause anxiety and fear.
It's not all black and white, thankfully.

I went to Rebecca following a lack of communication and errors from a previous solicitor. Rebecca Calden-Storr took my case on and guided me to financial settlement on divorce. It was a difficult time for me both emotionally and financially. Rebecca explained all my options through a challenging case, with many twists, turns and obstructions. Rebecca remained professional, informed me of my options at every point. I have nearly come out the other side (just waiting on Decree Absolute)with a fair settlement thanks to her expertise and persistence! I would like to thank her for her total commitment too, working many unsociable hours to meet deadlines. I would highly recommend Rebecca!
