Maria Coster @ Stowe Family Law was recommended to me by a family friend and I can not recommend her enough to anyone who is seeking legal support for family separation and financial matters.
Maria’s knowledge and support has been outstanding when dealing with my cases. Her friendly and approachable service is just what is needed when you are going through such a stressful and upsetting ordeal.

Jennifer my solicitor and Becka my paralegal have gone above and beyond while helping me with my case. They are always on hand to support and guide me through the court procedures, help with preparing documentation and answer any questions I have had. While working with the both I felt like I was in incredibly safe hands. They understand the legal proceedings and are always 3 steps ahead of everything going on in the court room. I couldn't recommend them enough. They have massively taken the stress out of a very upsetting and triggering process.

Great service form start to finish. With the help from Hannah Ross and Sarah Sowden, they managed maternity cover and a very tricky and slow opposition. All whilst being considerate of my incurring costs and an emotional and stressful situation.
For me however, it's always the human approach they take and for this, I'd happily always recommend to anyone and everyone.

Jennifer was fantastic. She was able to communicate professionally and skillfully, whilst remaining friendly, reassuring and approachable. She understood clearly what I was seeking, and was able to enact it promptly and accurately. I cannot thank or praise her enough.
Unfortunately, the wider team at Stowe appeared unprofessional and rather chaotic. I encountered multiple issues with billing, errors in work, instructions not followed, and a total absence of communication. Whilst I would highly recommend Jennifer, based on my experience, I cannot say the same for Stowe.

I have dealt with Stowe and Maria Coster for some time over family and property matters and found her to be extremely helpful, understanding and competent. Maria was also compassionate which was something that meant alot due to the nature of my case and the involvement of my children.
She has always been methodical and thorough in finding the best way to deal with matters and I would highly recommend Maria and Stowe to anyone needing a family solicitor.

Maria Coster helped me through one of the most challenging times in my life. I was able to meet with her pre-covid and found her so empathetic and kind. I am so appreciative of her caring nature and support, as this is not something I ever expected to have to do. She clearly explained what would be involved in going through a divorce and outlined approximate costs upfront. I had very little understanding of the divorce process, Maria took the time to go through all the things that would need to be done as part of the process and explained other legal work I might require, explaining exactly why it might be needed and rough costs. She also provided recommendations for services that Stowe Family Law couldn't provide, such as will writing and conveyancing solicitors. I ended up using Maria for my divorce, financial order and severing of tenancy. This has allowed me to have a clean break and has protected me from any future financial claims.
I cannot commend Stowe Family Law enough, they kept me up to date with progress of my divorce, made it clear what was required of me and kept me up to date with costs throughout the whole process and with the added challenge of covid-19. They adapted quickly to remote working and I did not feel impacted by this at all.
Thank you for all your help and advice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring family law services. Other law firms I approached were cold and uncaring.
