Jennifer my solicitor and Becka my paralegal have gone above and beyond while helping me with my case. They are always on hand to support and guide me through the court procedures, help with preparing documentation and answer any questions I have had. While working with the both I felt like I was in incredibly safe hands. They understand the legal proceedings and are always 3 steps ahead of everything going on in the court room. I couldn't recommend them enough. They have massively taken the stress out of a very upsetting and triggering process.

Once you get used to the remote working, I found things went well. The financial settlement and the actual divorce application were handled by different teams but the communication was excellent, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The process cost more than I'd hoped but that was down to the other party.

I felt that from the first conversation I was supported and had clarity on what to expect as I journeyed through the divorce process.
I had support via phone and email with very prompt responses. My solicitor Joanna Dale was really a rock at times and I could not have asked for more support - highly recommend her.

I would say the reason I have not marked this as excellent is that the first 2 invoices were incorrect, but apart from that everything went well.
