Assured me in every way possible taught my case with several recommended barristers who were definitely value for money shame it wasn’t the same judge throughout as a male bringing a custody case it’s hard with a female judge it should be a male and female judge to make it fair

Jennifer my solicitor and Becka my paralegal have gone above and beyond while helping me with my case. They are always on hand to support and guide me through the court procedures, help with preparing documentation and answer any questions I have had. While working with the both I felt like I was in incredibly safe hands. They understand the legal proceedings and are always 3 steps ahead of everything going on in the court room. I couldn't recommend them enough. They have massively taken the stress out of a very upsetting and triggering process.

Great service form start to finish. With the help from Hannah Ross and Sarah Sowden, they managed maternity cover and a very tricky and slow opposition. All whilst being considerate of my incurring costs and an emotional and stressful situation.
For me however, it's always the human approach they take and for this, I'd happily always recommend to anyone and everyone.

Jennifer was fantastic. She was able to communicate professionally and skillfully, whilst remaining friendly, reassuring and approachable. She understood clearly what I was seeking, and was able to enact it promptly and accurately. I cannot thank or praise her enough.
Unfortunately, the wider team at Stowe appeared unprofessional and rather chaotic. I encountered multiple issues with billing, errors in work, instructions not followed, and a total absence of communication. Whilst I would highly recommend Jennifer, based on my experience, I cannot say the same for Stowe.

Excellent service from the moment I first spoke to Alexzandra to the conclusion of my case. Alexzandra guided me through the complexity’s of my divorce with utmost professionalism and integrity, despite the process being made challenging by the other side. I always felt I was in good hands and this proved correct with the successful outcome achieved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stowe Family Law and in particular Alexzandra Hughes - first class service!

The solicitor I had helping my case was absolutely amazing. Courtney Rooney took really great care of advising me and helping me with every bit of form needed to be completed properly. She made sure I had everything in place and always had my best interest at heart.
A lovely and compassionate person, who always fitted my appointments around my schedule.
The receptionists at the office in Cheltenham also very helpful and welcoming.
So overall a really good solicitors firm.
The only reason I am giving it a 4 star instead of 5 is because although my case was a very easy straight forward divorce case, I found the charges fees to be overly high. And I'm talking about thousands of pounds. So I struggled from that point of view.
But once started I didn't have the energy to shop around.
So yes, a good experience but overly expensive.

Very expensive and unclear billing process. Very (inexplicably) expensive for a simple review of a legal document set up by another solicitor (ie setting the document up by an experienced other solicitor from another company for my husband was 1/3 of the cost of crisp&co’s review process).
