Fantastic service
I worked with Kate Gurney on the sale of my flat. Kate was absolutely fantastic. She was super responsive, helpful and always had an answer for any question I had. I found her to be very professional and also knowledgeable about a subject in which, I had no knowledge.
I would highly recommend Kate. The estate agent with whom I worked and also the managing agent all complimented Kate on how responsive she was, with a great attention to detail. She represented the firm superbly and is a real asset to them.

Painful exchange
It was suggested that I use Clifton by my selling agent, Curchods. I thought I would for ease of communication. Possibly not the cheapest but I was very happy with the service which Grace Podbury provided. I have moved house several times in the last 25 years & I have to say that Grace is the best person that I have worked with. Her communication was excellent. My only frutration was with the chain below & I was frustrated that it seems your protocol is only to communicate with the solicitor below in the chain. But, we got there in the end!

Kate Gurney of Clifton Ingram has been incredible during our recent purchase. She was very diligent and quick to respond to emails and available for calls when required. All things considered we had a relatively quick purchase and when there were bumps in the road, Kate was there to work through them with us to come to the best solution.
