I Was Helped At Every Step Of The Process

I am an older person,not very computer literate and find the 21st century quite daunting. I was probably asking some pretty dumb questions during the selling of my house and the buying of my new flat at times but was always treated courteously,quickly, always as a human being.At no time was I ignored as I have felt with other solicitors in the past.

From start to finish Grace kept on top of what turned out to be an almost year long house sale process. Despite communication problems with the buyer’s conveyancers ( they were in Sri Lanka) Grace kept me up to date every step of the way . She made the while process effortless. Outstanding advice and service from Emelia Dewar and Izzy Lambert

Really please with the job Emelia and Izzy did in the sale of our house to awkward, nervous buyers whose own solicitor was disorganised and lacked the capacity to prioritise. They were persistent and at times very direct with the other side, which I appreciated. Great judgement and I found it refreshing that we did not have to ask for an update on a single occasion - we were kept very consistently in the loop.
