Great property conveyancing (Sale and Purchase)

Very happy to recommend this firm, every person that I had contact with was helpful and responsive. They kept me informed of progress, told me clearly when I needed to do something and what, and if I needed to call or email for updates or clarification they were very responsive. Having people who actually answer the phone or call you back promptly was the big difference with my previous experience of a conveyancing solicitor. I used Clifton Ingram for conveyancing services for the sale of my late mother's house and the purchase of a new build property. I found Lorna, Denise and Linda approachable, professional and efficient. They were also supportive when I had some hurdles to overcome due to probate timings and pressure from the new build developers, and kept things on track. I was very pleased with the service I received and would recommend this team.

We had the most incredible positive journey with the sale and then the separate purchase of our properties. Lorna Thomson was brilliant throughout especially as we were in Australia whilst purchasing our home! She responded immediately to my emails and questions. Lorna was amazing. Her and the wider Clifton Ingram team helped sell my dad’s flat. The buyers used a cheap disorganised firm that was asked many pointless questions. We would not have completed the sale without Lorna’s determination. Excellent service and great advice. I would definitely use Clifton Ingram again.
