Really please with the job Emelia and Izzy did in the sale of our house to awkward, nervous buyers whose own solicitor was disorganised and lacked the capacity to prioritise. They were persistent and at times very direct with the other side, which I appreciated. Great judgement and I found it refreshing that we did not have to ask for an update on a single occasion - we were kept very consistently in the loop. We will certainly work with Emelia and Izzy again in future.

Conveyancing under power of attorney
I used Clifton Ingram to sell my mum's property under power of attorney. I found them to be kind, professional and organized. They were on top of everything, proactive, kept me informed at all times, and were very responsive to any queries.
