I would definitely recommend the Clifton Ingram team in Farnham. We used them for our house move (both the sale and purchase aspects) and Stephanie and Grace were professional, responsive and very friendly throughout.
Unfortunately (due to external parties) our move wasn't an easy journey, however despite the long process and challenging circumstances, they both made the transaction as smooth as possible.
I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again, without a doubt. Thank you for everything!

Highly recommend Grace Podbury for House conveyancing
I have been looking for a house for years and sadly a number have fallen through. It has been a difficult and highly emotional experience. However, Grace has helped me navigate through each one until the house that was meant to be mine finally went through. It was not an easy process through things being slowed down by the Seller but the expertise and patience and kindness of Grace helped me through to get to the end. Today I own my own property and would without any doubt use Grace again and would recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a a property.

Conveyancing for house move from Guildford to Cranleigh
We received an excellent conveyancing service for our recent house move. The solicitors initial response to our request for a quote was very politely and efficiently dealt with, and all communication by email and telephone from then on was dealt with in a very timely, professional and thorough manner. We always felt that the solicitors were doing their best to guide us through what can be quite a stressful process, which was very welcome. We would certainly recommend their services to anyone moving home.

Excellent conveyancing service
Grace provided an exceptional level of support and professional advice throughout a longwinded and frustrating sales process on my leasehold house. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and I am not sure whether the sale would have completed without her professionalism and patience.
I am purchasing a new build house for which Grace has also carried out the conveyancing with the same high standards and I have every confidence that completion, later this year, will be smoothly managed.
