Really please with the job Emelia and Izzy did in the sale of our house to awkward, nervous buyers whose own solicitor was disorganised and lacked the capacity to prioritise. They were persistent and at times very direct with the other side, which I appreciated. Great judgement and I found it refreshing that we did not have to ask for an update on a single occasion - we were kept very consistently in the loop. Conveyancing under power of attorney

Conveyancing for house move from Guildford to Cranleigh
We received an excellent conveyancing service for our recent house move. The solicitors initial response to our request for a quote was very politely and efficiently dealt with, and all communication by email and telephone from then on was dealt with in a very timely, professional and thorough manner. We always felt that the solicitors were doing their best to guide us through what can be quite a stressful process, which was very welcome. We would certainly recommend their services to anyone moving home.
