Difficult conveyance

I requested Linda Tooke based on previous experience with Bells solicitors when she helped me with a purchase.
This sale was initially straightforward but the buyer solicitor proved to be a nightmare and hugely frustrating. Linda showed amazing resilience dealing with him and eventually dragged him over the line. A brilliant job!
I have no view of the company but this lady went over and above for us on an individual basis.

Support on selling land

We were recommended yorfirm and we're not disappointed. Linda Tooke always provided excellent legal advice which was always clear and prompt. When Linda was out of the the office her support Sue Freeman was always helpful and prompt with her help and advice. Additionally, Linda also knew the village where the plot of land was which provided us with additional confidence in her knowledge and understanding

I used Clifton Ingram for conveyancing services for the sale of my late mother's house and the purchase of a new build property.
