Difficult conveyance

I requested Linda Tooke based on previous experience with Bells solicitors when she helped me with a purchase.
This sale was initially straightforward but the buyer solicitor proved to be a nightmare and hugely frustrating. Linda showed amazing resilience dealing with him and eventually dragged him over the line. A brilliant job!
I have no view of the company but this lady went over and above for us on an individual basis.

Highly recommend Grace Podbury for House conveyancing

I have been looking for a house for years and sadly a number have fallen through. It has been a difficult and highly emotional experience. However, Grace has helped me navigate through each one until the house that was meant to be mine finally went through. It was not an easy process through things being slowed down by the Seller but the expertise and patience and kindness of Grace helped me through to get to the end. I used Clifton Ingram for conveyancing services for the sale of my late mother's house and the purchase of a new build property.
