As a 'youngish' retired couple, we finally got around to writing our wills and taking out LPA's before it was too late and we were extremely pleased with the service provided by Wolferstans.

The Conveyancing Department led by Carol Foster and our main contact throughout Paralegal Sophie Farrant have been excellent. Great communication throughout, in what became a more complex property sale when our mother passed away after a short illness a week before we were due to complete on the sale. At this point we engaged with Wolferstans Probate and Wills Department as thought this would help and give confidence to our buyer and others in the chain.
Clearly great work took place behind the scenes with Estate Agent and other parties and the sale was concluded in less than 2 months from the original date with Probate having been obtained very speedily by Wolferstans. The culture within Wolferstans runs from top to bottom. From going to meetings or just to sign documents, the experience from the moment you enter reception to when you leave is excellent, friendly and highly professional. Always putting the client first and always having everything ready for the appointment.

Wolferstans have been great to work with throughout the conveyancing process. Samantha Loveridge was always professional, fast to respond and did a great job at chasing everything up. Communication was good and it was a pleasure to work with her. The cost of the service was fantastic when compared to qoutes from other firms. I'd recommend to anyone.

Tracey Barton was so helpful, putting me at ease, and explains everything at every stage of the process. Nothing was too much trouble. Having the Covid19 virus happen during this process did not mean that Tracey’s dealing with my case was hampered in any way. She still worked hard to get the outcome I wanted. Ebenezer Ola and James Ronnie have been brilliant. They get straight on with whatever you send them and they update you every step of the way. They were both understanding and sympathetic to our individual circumstances so we definitely felt like more than just a client.
They were always available to answer any questions, and I happened to have an awful lot!
They maintain a professional approach but are both down to earth and an absolute pleasure to work with, I would recommend them to anyone. These two are the best at what they do.
