To be honest we had no idea what we had to do when mother died and the processes that followed. Beth was great in explaining the probate and what it involved, she very helpful and answered all our queries.

A Common Legal Matter Riddled with Errors
Cannot fault the approachability, honest and support of all staff. Four LPA's but at time of signing the documents were riddled with errors. Four reprints/attempts to rectify, such as omissions, i.e., paragraph incomplete, wrong names in places, spelling mistakes, postcode wrong, email wrong, was supposed to be a 20 minute appointment, actually took 2 1/2 hours.

Sale of leasehold flat.
Wolferstans at Plympton acted on our behalf in the sale of our leasehold letting property. The sale was hampered by the inept and slow management company every step of the procedure but Wolferstans handled these obstacles with patience and good humour. We cannot speak highly enough of them, and the sale went through eventually.

Wolferstans have been great to work with throughout the conveyancing process. Samantha Loveridge was always professional, fast to respond and did a great job at chasing everything up. Communication was good and it was a pleasure to work with her. The cost of the service was fantastic when compared to qoutes from other firms. I'd recommend to anyone.

Tracey Barton was so helpful, putting me at ease, and explains everything at every stage of the process. Nothing was too much trouble. Having the Covid19 virus happen during this process did not mean that Tracey’s dealing with my case was hampered in any way. She still worked hard to get the outcome I wanted. There was no loss of contact at all.

Ebenezer Ola and James Ronnie have been brilliant. They get straight on with whatever you send them and they update you every step of the way. They were both understanding and sympathetic to our individual circumstances so we definitely felt like more than just a client.
They were always available to answer any questions, and I happened to have an awful lot!
They maintain a professional approach but are both down to earth and an absolute pleasure to work with, I would recommend them to anyone. These two are the best at what they do.
