Beth graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2021 with a First-Class Honours degree in Law with Criminology and then achieved a Distinction in the LLM LPC in Professional Legal Practice with the University of Law in 2023. Beth has been working within the legal sector since 2019 and is passionate about providing an exceptional service to clients. Beth assists clients with Wills, Probate and Lasting Power of Attorney matters. Beth is also a member of the Association for Lifetime Lawyers, demonstrating her commitment to providing quality legal advice and support for all clients, including older and vulnerable people. Outside of work, Beth enjoys spending time with her family and going on long walks with her dogs. Beth also enjoys watching sports and often spends her weekends watching Formula One and supporting her favourite football team, Leeds United.

Polite, Professional and Patient
We required a will review and due to family matters it proved to be quite complex. Our solicitor Beth was extremely patient and very diligent as we had to re-visit several times in order for us to get things right. Beth was always polite, professional and above all patient with us. Always presenting with a smile it was a pleasure to deal with her. Would highly recommend Wolferstans.

Completion of Legal Power of Attorney Applications
It was a relief for my wife and I to have completed our LPA applications as they have been on our minds for some time now.
We were impressed with how well informed we have been from our initial call to Wolferstans to date. Thank you Beth Woodhead, our solicitor, for your support and clear advice throughout. We appreciated that you were available when we needed to discuss any questions with you and you helped us to get this done in an appropriate timescale.
Wolferstans’ recommended Certificate Provider was also very professional and committed to her role. It was very reassuring to have enough time throughout to ask questions about the legal aspects involved, providing clarity to this important legal process before signing the documents.
