House Sale of the Century ! 😉
Our two Solicitors from Wolferstans Plymstock Plymouth ( Carol and Sophie) acting for the sale of our property ( we had not moved for the past 23 years !) were extremely informative , worked in our best interests on more than one occasion in the face of adversity !
They gave constant updates via an app and were also always readily available at the end of a telephone line giving that added personal touch .

Professional and helpful
Carol and Sophie have been brilliant.
A tricky and slightly stressful sale due to multiple other factors but they were always professional and helpful, with a steadfast approach. I don’t underestimate the work they put in - overall a great service.
Wolferstans also use an app and I had direct contact with Carol and Sophie throughout the process who always replied really quickly. Such a refreshing approach and highly recommend.

Client First Approach
The Conveyancing Department led by Carol Foster and our main contact throughout Paralegal Sophie Farrant have been excellent. Great communication throughout, in what became a more complex property sale when our mother passed away after a short illness a week before we were due to complete on the sale. At this point we engaged with Wolferstans Probate and Wills Department as thought this would help and give confidence to our buyer and others in the chain.
Clearly great work took place behind the scenes with Estate Agent and other parties and the sale was concluded in less than 2 months from the original date with Probate having been obtained very speedily by Wolferstans. The culture within Wolferstans runs from top to bottom. From going to meetings or just to sign documents, the experience from the moment you enter reception to when you leave is excellent, friendly and highly professional. Always putting the client first and always having everything ready for the appointment.

Sale and purchase of property

Very happy with the service.
Wolferstans helped the sale of my mother’s property complete in quite a straight forward manner. The app made the process a good deal easier than it could have been and Carol, Sophie and their team were always helpful and pleasant.

Brilliant
From my first call to Wolferstans everybody has been quick off the mark and Carol has been absolutely amazing and Sophie whilst Carol was away! We had a really tricky chain but Carol kept me up to date and overcome all the obstacles throughout the chain and really knew what she was talking about and made it easy for me to understand. Carol is an absolute credit to your team and I will continue to tell everybody who is moving or making wills (as we did this separately with Wolferstans) to use you!
