Karen Hole

Associate Solicitor

Karen joined Wolferstans in September 2024 as an Associate Solicitor. Karen completed her Law degree at the University of Exeter and her Legal Practice Course at the University of Plymouth and qualified as a solicitor in 2009. Karen has extensive experience in property law and specialises in both residential conveyancing and agricultural land sales and purchases. She has strong connections to the local agricultural community. The types of work that Karen undertakes include the sale and purchase of residential property including both freehold and leasehold transactions, mortgages, transfer of equity between family members and first registrations of unregistered land. Karen seeks to provide an efficient and friendly service to her clients and ensures that clients are kept up-to date with how their transaction is progressing.
