My only point of contact with Wolferstans has been with Alexandra Nicholas. My case has been ongoing for over two years. Through out this time she has been nothing short of amazing. Even through the tough times of Covid her correspondence has been excellent.
Her people skills are of the highest level, my understanding of law and the whole process is minimal, however she communicated in a way that not only did it simplify things for me but also put my mind at rest. On a number of occasions she displayed empathy and understanding and was able to appreciate my distress and worry.
I can not thank her enough. I have know received my settlement. The sum to many may not be life changing but to me a my little family it is. it will take away the day today worries of paying the bills and will provide a nice little nest egg for my son.
