Moving house
Helen and Ebenezer were really helpful, supportive and approachable making a stressful time bearable. They explained the process whenever I called and after an aborted first purchase ensured my second went smoothly and quickly making sure I was in my new home before Christmas.

Conveyancing in case of sale through divorce
Claire Booth was excellent! She went above and beyond to ensure the communication was clear and prompt and to both myself and my ex-husband. We had a tussle at the end to get the sale over the line and Claire pushed hard to make sure it all happened. I would highly recommend.

Got a difficult exchange done, but communication was limited
We have successfully completed a purchase of our house through Wolferstans. It was helped when our solicitor left the firm and as another had to take over the load at short notice. There were complicating issues over the deeds that caused mortgage issues as well. While it all got done as and successfully exchanged, we found the level of communication on progress or problems was limited and got most of that information from our Estate Agent and our Mortgage Broker.

Fantastic service and very professional
We had quite an involved conveyance which needed to be dealt with quickly. I hadn’t used Wolferstans before but they came highly recommended. How right that was!

Another successful transaction!
