Miles' general interest in the law and inspiration to train as a solicitor first developed during secondary school where he kept track of UK and US supreme court rulings in the news. He found the arguments raised in the cases interesting and saw the impact these decisions had on people’s lives. In Miles' spare time he enjoys exploring new scenic bike routes around the country (but especially on Dartmoor) and travelling abroad as much as possible.

Putting Our Affairs in Order!
As a 'youngish' retired couple, we finally got around to writing our wills and taking out LPA's before it was too late and we were extremely pleased with the service provided by Wolferstans.
Miles was very thorough and easily approachable. He explained the legal jargon and every step of the process really well and provided sound advice.

Preparation of will
I was very happy with how I was received and treated by the very friendly staff, in particular my solicitor Miles Hattersley, who explained everything to me very clearly. I am 85 and this is my first contact with solicitors (my husband has recently passed away, and he always dealt with legal matters). However I was immediately put at ease and the whole process was made an easy experience for me. Thank you Miles.

Professional, courteous and sage advice
Gareth White, Sam, Luke and Miles dealt with our case. From the very beginning through to the end they fully supported us. This was in a very difficult time for my wife and I and we could not have asked for a better solicitor and team. We cannot thank them enough for their hard work, knowledge and constant communication.
