Jayne was friendly, patient, understanding and hardworking. I felt confident in her as she was on the ball throughout the process. Into my 5th year of paying for legal advice and assistance, the solicitor acting (or not) on my behalf suddenly left the firm without even a courtesy email. They have now confirmed that they are not able to continue with my case and have left me high and dry without representation. I will now have to start again with another solicitor having spent in excess of £20,000 with this firm.

Victoria Rees was great in her diligence in helping me to provide what was needed for the process when all my instincts kept moving towards much too personal reflections. She bore with me when I would think of something which I thought was important and immediately include it in an email.
