Shannon is a qualified solicitor specialising in criminal defence. She has experience of defending clients facing a broad range of serious sexual offences, including indecent images, rape, and sexual assaults. She also has experience defending fraud matters, trading standards investigations and motoring offences. In 2022, Shannon was the winner of the prestigious Hammond Cup, an advocacy competition ran by Nottingham Law Society. Shannon ensures to progress her clients cases efficiently, and delivers the highest level of client care. She is proactive in making representations to the police with a view to bringing about a swift conclusion to the investigation and works closely alongside barristers, forensic experts, and other members of the criminal defence team, when preparing for court proceedings.
