Into my 5th year of paying for legal advice and assistance, the solicitor acting (or not) on my behalf suddenly left the firm without even a courtesy email. They have now confirmed that they are not able to continue with my case and have left me high and dry without representation. I will now have to start again with another solicitor having spent in excess of £20,000 with this firm.

Rita Kotecha is a superb UKVI lawyer who helped me obtain my UK partner visa (from outside the UK). She is knowledgeable about all aspects of visa and immigration law and was prompt in responding to my concerns. Rita was incredibly patient and compassionate throughout the process. Jayne was friendly, patient, understanding and hardworking. I felt confident in her as she was on the ball throughout the process. She communicated efficiently and honestly, which I greatly appreciated. She shared her knowledge and experience with me and explained the process step by step aswell as letting me know what to anticipate ahead. She had nerves of steel, which is exactly what you need when dealing with these types of matters. Jayne succeeded in resolving my case and I ended the process as a happy client! I was lucky enough to have her on my side. In a time I felt unheard she listened and believed in my case and worked tirelessly for my benefit. Me and my family can't thank her enough. I paid a lot of money and waited a long time for my police caution to be expunged, but it never got removed. I still have a record and cannot get my green card to join my partner in the US. Very disappointing.

Mark was my solicitor and he was diligent, patient, and compassionate in handling my case. I was nervous about the process but he put me at ease as he was friendly and approachable but still professional.
His communication was clear and concise. He explained the process thoroughly and responded to any questions I had quickly and in a way I would understand. I am really happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Mark and Richard Nelson's to anyone.

Victoria Rees was great in her diligence in helping me to provide what was needed for the process when all my instincts kept moving towards much too personal reflections. She bore with me when I would think of something which I thought was important and immediately include it in an email. This made her life more difficult in processing all the information I was giving her. She pushed me to be more remorseful in my reflections when I would hold back because of shame. Thank you Victoria for the time and energy you took in knocking me into shape.
