Kelly is a family solicitor who predominantly works with clients in Cornwall and Plymouth. She read Law at the University of Westminster and attained the Law Society Family Law Accreditation in 2018. Kelly is also a Governor of Foxhole Learning Academy, which is part of Kernow Learning Trust. With years of experience comes the understanding that every family is different. As a mother herself, Kelly recognises the difficulties faced by her clients and takes pride in her constructive and pragmatic approach in resolving family issues. She takes the time to consider the full picture, the whole family and especially the best interests of the children. To this end, Kelly will endeavour, where possible, to avoid conflict by reaching out of court agreements – as this is often the route with the most favourable outcome for all. As such, she is a member of Resolution and a board member of Cornwall Resolution, which promotes a constructive approach to resolving family issues that considers the needs of the whole family.
