Lucie works closely with the management team and has extensive knowledge in all aspects of Risk and Compliance, including Risk management, SRA regulations, Anti-money laundering and internal Audits. She works with our Managing Partner to oversee our Lexcel accreditation. Lucie supervises our Consultant Solicitors providing valuable support and advice across a wide variety of legal disciplines. Lucie provides pragmatic, straight-talking and risk-based advice to the business, she is ruthlessly efficient and is known for her attention to detail. Lucie is the Complaints Partner for the firm and has recently worked with the Legal Services Board as part of their consultation to agree a public commitment in support of improved complaints resolution. Lucie qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and worked for several years defending large and complex fraud cases. Lucie joined Richard Nelson LLP in 2019 and became a Partner in 2021.
