Lee and his team argued with DWP on our family’s behalf regarding whether my mother’s estate had to repay any benefits.
The DWP were terribly slow - it took 18 months to get a clear bill of health. But Lee’s team kept us up to date, and got a successful outcome eventually

Lee was patient and professional and happy to meet a couple of times with us to assist us in drawing up our first wills. The correspondence and the draft documents contained no errors or typos whatsoever, which sets Walker Foster apart from most professional firms nowadays. Overall very happy with the service and the result, my only small complaint was the time it sometimes took to respond to our emails, but we were in no particular rush. I will certainly use WF again.

Cay was excellent, profesional, couldn't do enough for us.
No problems there.
Getting into the building was a major problem.
Speaking the lady who answered the button. i needed an appointment. I just want to leave some papers.
No, you need as appointment. Shouting this in the street, with the noise of the traffic was seriously not a pleasant experience. Used to be very friendly at the desk inside. Customer care??????

I recently used Walker Foster Solicitors for a transfer. The transfer was not straight forward and had its implication's, to which Claire from WF dealt with in a timely and very professional manner.
