The process was slow but I suspect this was out of the solicitors control, eg. Awaiting replies from 3rd parties, the sheer number of conveyances happening ahead of the change to stamp duty threshold, etc. Nevertheless all interactions were clear and pleasant.

I have been involved in protracted complex children matters for almost 3 years which have recently come to an end thanks to the invaluable help of Sarah who has been there every step of the way.
I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional support I received from Sarah and Isabel throughout my case. From the outset they demonstrated outstanding legal expertise and also a deep understanding of the complexities and sensitivities involved in my matter.
Sarah took every measure to ensure I felt protected and never left me to deal with difficult moments alone. Sarah was always mindful of the nature of my relationship with my ex partner and went above and beyond to safeguard my wellbeing at every stage.

It’s been a long road with 2 people dropping out and my original onward purchase falling through I can finally say I’m in my new home. Amber and Joe worked tirelessly to get everything organised. They both were very patient, sympathetic, hard working and diligent nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.

We had excellent prompt communication from Walker Foster who dealt with our house sale and purchase. Even though our named solicitor left towards the end of the process, her legal assistant kept things going for us and got things over the line to completion very efficiently.

I originally dealt with Walker Foster Solicitors back in 2023 when purchasing my first property. They were very clear with there communication & always kept me in the loop.
Most recently when attempting to re-mortgage, i discovered that the land registry had still not registered my property, resulting in me being unable to complete the re-mortgage. I recently dealt with Hadiqa Farhat at walker foster who was very considerate about the situation i was in & provided me with options i diddnt even know existed.
After the sucsessful expedition of my land registry application & waiting a few weeks for it to be processed, i am now able to take out my mortgage & have peace of mind for the next few years.
This wouldnt have been possible without Hadiqa's proactive approach to the situation & her resillience when contacting the land registry.

My wife and I would just like to express our sincere thanks to Rachel and Sarah at Walker Foster Solicitors for their professionalism in dealing with the completion of our new wills and lasting power of attorneys this week.
With the law and procedures having changed substantially in the intervening years since we last made these provisions, it was refreshing to sit with Rachel who took the time to not only explain all the changes, but she also spoke in layman's language which assisted my wife and I greatly in deciding exactly how we wanted to update these extremely important documents.
We now have peace of mind in the knowledge that we have everything in place to cover whatever (and whenever) life throws at us in our advancing years .. And you can't put a price on that !!
