I have previously bought 3 houses and sold two of them, but selling n buying I have never done before. It has been wonderful experience to digitally to create the files n to transfer money was at the greatest speed. All legal processes were explained when I can’t understand them. Finally on the completion day at some point wondering whether I have the keys of the house or to book a hotel to sleep, Ms. Beverley’s swift actions kept others in check to achieve the goal. If only my buyers and sellers solicitors would have acted in the same way my solicitors team (including her assistant Ms. Hadiqa) I would have completed both selling/ buying in just 40 days!!!

Managed to secure a deal that seamed too good to be true. Everything was going fine until a last minute charge was placed on the property. Bev spotted this in time and lucky we didn’t exchange, transferring the charge to myself. Well worth the paying for good due diligence. It prolonged the purchase time but worth the wait to avoid the extra costs.
