Tenacity and experience wins

Completing sale of my house was a nightmare. My solicitor had to deal with an extraordinarily difficult situation where normal lines of communication with solicitor for buyer didn’t respond to phone calls, emails etc.I signed in March but the process was dragged out till a dramatic up to the wire completion in October. Fortunately my solicitor was on the ball.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Fraser in the Settle office during the purchase of my first home, and I couldn't be more pleased with their services. From the moment I contacted them, their friendly and approachable demeanor immediately put me at ease. They were always prompt in responding to my inquiries, which was incredibly comforting during what can be a stressful process.

Thankyou for all your help in this process!

Fraser was recommended to us for our house purchase and the recommendation was 100% fulfilled. Fraser and Lydia were always efficient, professional and helpful. We were particularly impressed with the promptness of their response to our queries; we were never waiting more than a day or so for a reply, which was very reassuring and helpful when going through a process that can be stressful at times. We have no hesitation in recommending Fraser Bell at Walker Foster Solicitors to others looking for a top class conveyancing service.
