Purchasers dream solicitor AGAIN!
This is the second time I’ve used Fraser for a house purchase and both times he has been amazing along with Lydia.
Both have kept me updated throughout and nothing has been to much hasstle in the slightest.

Sorting of will, probate and house sale.
A complicated year when a variety of services were required. I dealt with the practice in Settle as my Family has in the past. They are professional but understanding and caring which is refreshing, you are treated as a person not just a client.

Sale of Perrygate Ave and purchase of Cheriton Ave
I would like to thank Fraser and Lydia for the service they provided in the sale of our house, and purchase of our new property. Their advice helped save us money on fees which were being requested and the Walker Foster team seemed by far the most pro-active firm in our chain. Without them chasing and forcing things through I believe there would have been significant delays in completing, and there was even the possibility of last minute issues causing it all to collapse which they helped resolve just in time! I would definitely recommend, in fact I already have.
