Property sale and purchase
I would just like to say that our experience with Sue and her team at Walker Foster Skipton was outstanding.
The process regarding both the sale of our property and then the purchase of our new home was not only quicker than the average 12 weeks ,the frequent communication throughout and answers to any questions or queries we had being answered normally within a couple of hours, made the process a lot less stressful than we had anticipated.
This is the second time we have used the services of Sue and her team, and we would happily use Walker Foster Skipton again for any future sales or purchases.

Very impressed

Remortgage
Everything ran smoothly my only negative is I wish solicitors would explain things better in emails as not everyone understands legal terms & procedures so it can seem quite scary when you don’t fully understand what is happening. But other than that my solicitor was nice when met in person.

Excellent service
