This was my first time needing a solicitor and I couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Kathryn Hirst and her team. My case was handled extremely well with consistent communication, transparency, and commitment to get everything completed in the short amount of time we were working with, often dedicating time outside of core hours to action any outstanding responses. I would highly recommend this team if you are looking for solicitors with expert knowledge in Employment Law, you won't regret it.

Having used Hansells to deal with a complex issue when I was executor to a friends Will, and left entirely satisfied with their professional standards, we decided to update our Wills with the same solicitor. This again was done with good humor and high standards. A little expensive but worth it.

Advice and Communication after the sale POOR
Advised to do xyz after the sale/purchase didn't complete on time as a claim for compensation could be made. Since then no Communication has been received despite repeated emails to the solicitor.

Sue Lloyd assisted with Henry Gordon managed the exchange and completion of my property extremely effectively under a tight timescale and with numerous queries raised buy side. The initial response from Emma to my enquiry was prompt and efficient. She provided us with all the necessary information needed on our sale and purchase. We were able to take in to our local Hansells office any documents which is one of the reasons we chose Hansells and also because we had used the firm previously. Contact with Emma throughout the conveyancing process was good and the sale and purchase concluded successfully.

I have been involved with the team at Hansells for a number of months now, and can truly say its been an absolute privilege!
