Having used Hansells to deal with a complex issue when I was executor to a friends Will, and left entirely satisfied with their professional standards, we decided to update our Wills with the same solicitor. This again was done with good humor and high standards. A little expensive but worth it.

Advised to do xyz after the sale/purchase didn't complete on time as a claim for compensation could be made. Since then no Communication has been received despite repeated emails to the solicitor.

The initial response from Emma to my enquiry was prompt and efficient. She provided us with all the necessary information needed on our sale and purchase. We were able to take in to our local Hansells office any documents which is one of the reasons we chose Hansells and also because we had used the firm previously. Contact with Emma throughout the conveyancing process was good and the sale and purchase concluded successfully.
