This review is for the service and assistance and personal touch a Mr Mark Scott of Hansells Norwich provided me with .
I was looking to Annul a bankruptcy order , and needed legal advice and assistance . I searched many solicitors and went with Hansells .
Mark was very quick to respond to my enquiry , and soon arranged a meeting to go through the details . It had seemed to be like it was going to be fairly straight forward as I already had much correspondence and guidance from the official receiver . Mark was very good in providing a fixed fee for what work would need carrying out .
Sadly things got very messy , and this dragged on for much longer than expected , not down myself or Mark .
Mark saw things through to completion and a successful one ! The fees did go up but no where near the amount that maybe another firm would have added , as there was a lot more work in the end than either of us anticipated . Would highly recommend Mark for being honest and transparent .

Great after care service
Following on from previous work with Hansells and the team, I requested a letter to be sent. Follow-ups were provided to the letter, which all came as part of the fee and were in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Hansells to other potential clients. Most of all, THANK YOU!

Hansells went the extra mile
I approached Hansells Solicitors and immediately received help and directions with my case. Options on the range of help Hansells could give were clearly set out. The time spent with Hansells has given me renewed confidence in relation to my particular case. Notwithstanding the help received, once the work was complete and payment received, Hansells went the extra mile to ask about the outcome of my case. The administration element was also completed in an excellent fashion. I would highly recommend Hansells to anyone who needs legal assistance. Thank you to Mark Scott and the team.

Best in the region
I instructed Mark following a disciplinary charge made by a sports governing body and his knowledge of the regulations, process and applicable sanctions was first class. His expertise in sports disciplinary matters is such that I think he is the go-to person in the region if you are facing charges about your conduct on or off the sports field. His advice was pragmatic and clear. I didn't know what I should do when I got the charge but he was able to reassure about the procedures and helped me with statements and provide some excellent drafting. I should also mention that I was given a very short time frame by the governing body to respond to the charge and was concerned about it needing to be done so urgently - this was not an issue for Mark who prioritised me and his turnaround time was fantastic. For what should have been a worrying process for me was actually very smooth and hassle free as a result of his expertise. Highly recommended.

Review for Mark Scott in relation to Murphy vs Butler Litigation case.
Mark was our primary Legal representative in a three and a half year case (Murphy vs Butler) in which a complex and aged dispute over a piece of land took place. I found Mark extremely professional , accommodating and knowledgeable but above all I think his judgement is second to none. I know I was quite demanding at times and didn't quite see eye to eye with the litigation processes but as it turned out I couldn't have asked for a better result and for that I'm immensely grateful for Mark's guidance and representation.
