Professional and efficient throughout

We found Sue Lloyd and the two trainee Lawyers Henry and Gemma extremely professional throughout.
It made our often quite difficult process of selling up,so much easier with their clear good advice, friendly approach and always on hand for any queries.
We will be using Hansells for our Wills and recommend them as our experience twice so far has been outstanding.

Complete lack of communication

No chain, first time buyer, property owner already in a care home. Sale took 20 weeks. No answer to telephone calls or call back when voice mail left. Three people supposedly working on case with no one responding to emails. The estate agent, who was always CCed in, replied within minutes...the solicitors repeatedly didn't reply at all. Three times I went to the offices and asked to speak to someone working on the case. Three times my request was refused. As LPA, I was sorting out the paperwork on my Mother's behalf. I gave 10 days notice to my solicitor of a 4 week holiday. The buyer's solicitor had their queries into my solicitor 7 days before I left, my solicitor didn't look at the queries until the day before I left and then sent 30 queries to me by email when I was heading to the airport, away from my mother, paperwork, printer etc etc.

Have had a business with Hansells, North Walsham before so they were our 1st port of call when we needed to do our wills. From 1st appointment with Sara to conclusion and signing everydetail was stressless and quick handed.

Absolutely shocking service from Hansells, absolutely no morals or integrity. After agreeing an offer for probate, they kept a property on the market. Whilst I have no legal recourse, as gazumping is still not illegal in England, you would expect companies to exercise some morality and agreeing a sale.

I used Neil Stubbs for a family law matter as my previous solicitors showed themselves to be incompetent, from the moment I met Neil it changed the way I felt about the matter and his professional manner made me feel the world wasn't against me and I did have a good case as I had thought.
