Thank You
I had been putting off making a Will for years for various personal reasons and I was still very apprehensive when I made an appointment to see Clare at Hansells Solicitors. However, I should not have worried as from our very first meeting Clare was calm, kind and understanding, she took great care in helping me write my Will and I felt that I could speak to her in confidence. It was actually a very simple process and Clare explained that I can add notes to be kept with my Will in the future. I feel relieved and happy that something I dreaded doing is now done and it wasn’t scary at all. Clare also helped making LPA’s and they are now being registered. Another very important job now ticked off.
My grateful thanks to Annmarie also as she showed kindness and understanding when I wanted to change something in both my Will and the LPA’s, I hope I wasn’t a nuisance and you were always patient. You gave me confidence in changing a couple of details. I cannot praise or thank Clare and Annmarie enough. I feel that I can approach them anytime in the future without worry. Peace of mind.

Couldn't be happier
While going through the process of probate Clare has been superb. Taking us, with the utmost patience, through each step from start to finish. Such a lovely lady, we could not
have asked for more.
We have now come back to her for our own wills and for her to sell the house for us as part of the process.
We have been through a difficult time personally with a severe illness to my wife which Clare has handled professionally, with sympathy and a very friendly attitude ( even in emails she always seems to be smiling ). Always ready with an explanation if needed to make the whole process totally painless.
