A somewhat drawn out sale due to buyers loosing their sale came through in the end. Emma kept calm and carried on! Seemed as excited as us when it happened and gave calming advice at exchange, thank you.

Excellent service provided, knowledgeable and clear advice. Sometimes took a few chasers to get an update and I wonder if support staff can help to manage updates. I’m sure the solicitors themselves are very busy and maybe need some support. Overall, very satisfied.

Hansells have been my solicitors for many years. Clare has been my contact over the past few years and understands the complexities that often occur with wills in 2nd marriages and the family history. Clare has always explained fully all the issues that might arise and been honest and professional with her advice.Clare responds promptly and I always feel that although she is a true professional she is also kind and understanding, that's not always an easy balance to have but she manages it well.All of the staff at my local office are welcoming. As I go forward with my new will I am confident that I have done my best for my family, that's down to Clare and the service she has provided.

Just had a very poor experience with Hansells. I've been using them on a regular basis to complete guarantee forms and certificate of confirmation, including as recently as 3-4 weeks ago. I proceed to use them again for the same service today with the meeting all set up. I attend the meeting and am told the fees have now increased by 67%! No advance notice beforehand so I'm at least prepared and subsequently can make an informed choice. They had a whole week to tell me. Not good customer service. The price they paid is no further business with me including today (I walked out disgusted) and hopefully other people reading this will mean they decide to use a different solicitor.
