Attentive, proactive and professional
I had the great pleasure of Henry Gordon as our guide through buying our first home. I could not understate what an incredible experience we had being supported through the process. At all times Henry was attentive to our enquiries, he was professional with all other professionals involved and was empathetic and understanding whilst we went through a turbulent patch. Henry was a beacon of support and we never felt like an inconvenience to him. I’m not sure that my words can emphasise how much of a positive impact Henry had to our first time buyer’s experience. House purchase
Sue was great, she was quick with replies each time that we got in touch with her for an update. There were some hiccups along the way from lenders and Sue stuck with us throughout with any issues that came up, helping us to complete on our first home.
