A Thoroughly Professional Service
Having used Hansells to deal with a complex issue when I was executor to a friends Will, and left entirely satisfied with their professional standards, we decided to update our Wills with the same solicitor. This again was done with good humor and high standards. A little expensive but worth it.

Help with planning for the future
I was impressed with the understanding of my affairs and the help in sorting out some questions. Combining informality with efficiency is not easy yet I think this was managed in our meetings. It is a relief to have a verified Will and I am grateful for all the work done.

Assessment of handling of LPA processing
Lauren & Natalie were both patient and understanding of my wife's and my own differences in appreciating some of its finer points of the process. This made the process that much easier and less stressful than it might have been.

My Aunt’s Estate
My brother and I, nephew and niece, both live a long way from Norwich. Hansells had POA for finance and Executors for the estate. Lauren Cotton has been my main contact and has been excellent and always on hand when I have had any queries. Although the settlement of the Estate has taken a long time I always felt Lauren had our best interests at heart.
